Red Glass & Metal
These bright red painted glass and metal Salt & Peppers are a classic shape and have had a bit of a hard life, as you can see due to the rust on the right. Take a close look at the bottoms and you can really see the construction. The bottoms are round, narrowing to rise up with three sides that are more flat - ending with roundness again, and screw on metal tops. We think that this red glass is very unusual - these are definitely from Grandmother's original collection. Unfortunately we haven't been able to find anything on these in our research, but we'll keep looking!
