El Paso Antiques

We don't really have any idea where these beautiful old Salt & Peppers are from (really, really)! They are heavy and we would think silver or peuter, but as they have aged they have turned a bit gold-ish, so that is probably a clue. In the detail on the front, it reads "The Bassett Tower, El Paso, Texas" and you can clearly see the tower on the seal. On the bottom, we also have markings from the manufacturer that reads "V.O. C.O. 200.". They are pear-shaped, almost like small pitchers or perfume bottles, without the lids, but we don't have the perfect description for this matching set.
